Swimming pool heating charge (September to March)

During the colder months (September–March), the swimming pool is available only to groups who choose to pay the heating fee. Payment of the heating fee grants your group exclusive use of the pool, and it will not be available to other guests on site during your stay.

Opening Hours:
9:00am–1:00pm and 2:00pm–6:00pm

Heating Fee:
£200 per stay (up to 5 days)

If you would like the pool to be heated, we require a minimum of 3 days’ notice prior to arrival. This ensures sufficient time for the pool to reach temperature.

We aim to maintain a consistent water temperature; however, this can vary due to Great British weather conditions and other factors beyond our control. As the pool is covered but located outdoors, the water temperature is affected by ambient weather. It is typically between 21–28°C (around 80°F), but this cannot be guaranteed.

During colder periods, particularly in winter, the pool may feel cool despite heating, as low outdoor temperatures can cause the water to lose heat faster than it can be warmed.

Please note that heating fees are non-refundable.
